This week, 19 states convene their state legislative sessions. Several items of interest have already been pre-filed in these and other states, ranging from bills providing reimbursement equity for telehealth, establishing Provider Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POSLT) programs, granting hospital admitting privileges to NPs, setting requirements for participation in Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs, and more.
