I am inquiring into if you or someone you may know might be interested in volunteering time to assist with health screening at our Fall Classic event coming up on November 4th and 5th at the Disney Wide World of Sports complex.  One of the venues we will be offering to our athletes is termed “Health Promotion.  As part of the Health Promotion venue we would have screenings and education in the following disciplines:

Description:  Athletes are offered guides for healthy eating, lifestyle choices, fun ways to increase physical fitness as well as information (content varies with the health needs of the population) on topics such as tobacco avoidance, sun safety and skin care. Health screenings at Games include BMI and bone mineral density (BMD) measurements.  Health Promotion venues empower and motivate athletes to make healthy lifestyle choices that will improve their long-term health by using interactive educational games and literature.
