The Vermont Nurse Practitioner Association is seeking nominations for Vice President.

The Vice President shall:

• assume the duties of the President in the event that the President is absent or unable to serve
• act as Board of Director's liaison to the Conference Committee
• represent the Association at meetings/functions when the President is unable to attend
• automatically succeed the president at the end of the president's term

Term starts in June, 2014.
