It came to my attention toward the end of 2013 that I was asking something very ridulous of our members. In an effort to inspire and increase participation at the chapter level of involvement in becoming a chapter officer, it became very clear to me that our organization had no defined guidelines to these positions. So, in essence, I was asking you all to take a position that had no guidelines. As a result, we quickly developed these chapter officer responsibilities to better inform all of our members. The responsibilities will now be posted on our state website for all toview and is also included as an attachment to this announcement.
