I have received information that the Baker Act Bill will be placed on the House agenda on Tues, Jan 17. Please contact Stan Whittaker who is mentioned in the announcement, and rep Daphne Campbell regarding this bill. Please note there is a change to the bill number from the previous announcement. It is house bill 1195.
