Dear fellow ARNPs, 

Representative Daphne Campbell, RN was able to pass HB 1195 in the first committee of hearing in the House of Representatives last week. HB 1195 is now in the House Judiciary Committtee. Please take some time to email the members of the committee to support and approve HB 1195. This bill will enable ARNPs to issue a certificate of involuntary commitment and to protect patients who are suicidal or homicidal.
