I am inquiring as to how others in their workplace are dealing with the new ICD-10 changes due to be in effect by October 2014. Are you taking online educational seminars, inservice at work (during your work day or after/before work)? I work in a busy private Orthopaedic Practice in South Burlington and our office manager and myself are inquiring as to how others are getting informed/educated. What kind of tools you might be using? How preparing for this? How often? Other ideas?
