While we are working hard to move our Modernization Act to remove statutory collaboration in New York, I have some great news to report to you from another front!  Our Mental Health Bill (S. 4525-B) passed the Senate this afternoon on a vote of 53 yeas and no objections!   We still have a lot of work to do to pass this bill in the Assembly.

Nevertheless, in the area of behavioral health, this is an important milestone for the profession and patient care in New York.   This is your NPA at work, advancing the profession and advancing health.
