Mohawk Valley Chapter Scholarship

Criteria for Selection:

1. Must be an NP or student NP member of the Mohawk Valley Chapter of the NPA NYS.
2. Must be enrolled either part time or full time in a graduate level NP Program.
3. Must submit a completed application and return it by April 15 in the year the scholarship is being awarded.
4. Must submit an official transcript from the current or last attended Institution of learning.
5. Must submit two written references (either or both must be an active member of The NPA NYS Mohawk Valley Chapter):

7. Professional
8. Must have and maintain a 3.0 cu, grade average.

Scholarship committee will consist of three members of the chapter as appointed by the president of the chapter. Their term will continue until that president leaves office. The committee will announce their selection by May 1. The scholarship will be in the amount of $500 per year per award. election will be based on academic achievement, dedication to the profession and commitment to the role of NP and will be based on a point system.
