Dear Colleagues, 

Urgent action is needed!  SB1750 Baker Act is stuck in the Senate Budget Committee.  The legislative session ends this Friday (3/9).  This bill needs to be voted on the Senate floor by Friday or it dies.  

Please call Senate President Haridopolos at 850-487-5056 (haridopolos.mike.web@flsenate.gov).  Ask him to:  

1. Pull the bill to the Senate Floor because there is no fiscal impact related to this bill.
2. Tell him the companion HB1195 passed unanimously through the House on 3/5/2012.
