The Capital Area Food Bank of Texas accepts monetary donations in addition to donations of non-perishable food.  Their website indicates that every $1 donated provides $5 worth of nutritious food to Central Texas families.  With this in mind, we'll be collecting cash and non-perishable food items for our AAPN Food Drive.  Last week we collected 60 more cans of food and a $5 cash donation.  If you are attending tomorrow's dinner meeting, don't forget your donations!
