Event No Shows: IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

Louisville, CO
The Colorado Rocky Mountain Chapter of NAPNAP

Pharmaceutical supported dinners are increasingly difficult to obtain due to historically high (over 30%) no show rates. This is a poor reflection of both NAPNAP and the PNP profession. If high no show rates reoccur, NAPNAP will start to charge a non-refundable attendance fee which will be due at the time of registration. Additionally, we realize that life is full of emergencies and is unpredictable for all of us. We realize a zero percent no show rate or late cancellation (less than 24 hours in advance of the event) is not reasonable. The board has discussed an acceptable no show rate is 10% or less. Currently our registration system does track individuals whom no-showed or have a late cancellation. In the event of frequent no shows or late cancellations, further limitations will prevent such individuals from advanced registration for NAPNAP events. It is our hope that your NAPNAP board will not have to implement these policies. Thank you for continuing support of your NAPNAP effort in providing sponsored events.

Thanks,

NAPNAP Education Committee
