GAPNA's Georgia Chapter invites you to submit a nomination for the state Clinical Excellence Award.

 The recipient of this award will be announced August 1, 2014 after the chapter award Nomination Committee has reviewed all submitted applicants, made its recommendations to the chapter officers, and received final approval from its state officers.

Self-nominations for this award are invited. Nominations for the 2014 GAPNA Georgia Chapter Award for Clinical Excellence must be received by mail or email prior to July 14, 2014.  The recipient will receive a registration waiver at GAPNA's 2014 or 2015 annual conferencean award presented at a GAPNA sponsored ceremony, and be highlighted in an article in the state and national GAPNA newsletter describing the recipient's accomplishments
