Last reminder to RSVP for our December meeting to be held Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 6:30pm at Cosimo's wine cellar in Newburgh.  We are VERY CLOSE to maximum attendees for this dinner. Should it appear we have more than the maximum, I will have to institute a wait list (for the first time!)  If you are placed on a wait list, you will receive email notification of any opening and will have 24 hours to respond to the email indicating you will attend. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND and have RSVP'd, please CANCEL your reservation so others may attend.

Marilena S. Antonopoulos, PharmD, MPH, FASCP, Regional Cardiovascular Medical Liaison for Sanofi, will be reviewing the guidelines on antiplatelet therapy for secondary MI and stroke prevention as well as speaking on ASA-induced GI bleeding (MOA, prevalance, etc), bleeding risk factors and risk assessing patients. In addition, she will review GI bleeding prevention guidelines.

Again, remember to bring a non-perishable food donation to the meeting, as this is the seaon of giving, it is even MORE appropriate that we show our comittment to supporting our community pantries. Hope to see everyone there!
