Please attend one or both of the legislative events listed below for education re: current health care issues at the capitol and for contact with legislators regarding our prescriptive authority bill to be introduced and other health care legislative issues. These events are also very important to educate legislators about who we are and the essential role we play in health care.

Nurses Day at the Capitol 2015
When: Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015 @ 8 am - 3:30 pm
Where: The Capitol, 200 East Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO 80203
Cost: $35 for 2 contact hours and lunch; $15 for lunch only

Get an overview of the Capitol activities and the legislative process.
Meet your representatives in both the House and the Senate.

Sponsored By District 16 Nurses Association and District 31 Nurses Association

When: Wednesday, March 4, 2015 @ 5 pm – 7:45 pm

Cost: $40 Members (CNA, PHNAC), $50 Non-members and walk-ins day of event;
$25 Nursing Students (Donations appreciated for nursing student attendees)
