A year after its publication, the Federal Trade Commission's document about the regulation of APN's is a must read and should be circulated widely among legislators, policy makers, administrators, and clinicians. Even in New Hampshire where we enjoy full practice authority, all Nps should be familiar with this document and its findings. Knowledge is power and protection.
