In 2010, when MAAPC succeeded in getting the Collaborative Agreement removed from statute and changing Nurse Practitioner practice to be promulgated only by the Board of Nursing (and not with the Board of Physicians), we had the support of hundreds of doctors and patients throughout the state.

We need your help again to get rid of the Attestation! If every Nurse Practitioner, and our fellow APRNs, obtains one signed letter from a physician and 10 patient signatures, we can succeed again!

Our Delegates and Senators pay attention to this kind of support. We are testifying in the House next Tuesday, March 10 and in the Senate on March 18.
