Last Thursday, Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts signed into law LB 107, legislation that brings
Full Practice Authority to nurse practitioners in the state. This bill will give Nebraska patients full and direct access to NP care and makes Nebraska the twentieth state in the nation, plus the District of Columbia, with Full Practice Authority for NPs.
