To be held Saturday, April 25, 2015 – Mohonk Mountain House at 1000 Mountain Rest Rd, New Paltz, NY

Expected audience: 125 primary care physicians (internal medicine, family practice) with some specialists, critical care nurses, physician assistants, paramedics, and students.  AMA and nursing CME credits will be available. 

Advance registration will be required: $145 for physicians, $125 for non-physicians.  ****SEE REGISTRATION CARD FILE ATTACHED WITH ADDRESS FOR SENDING PAYMENT****

A block of rooms will be available at a special rate for course registrants ($270 per room for Friday night)

Pharmaceutical and hospital supporters will be recognized in publicity materials and at the conference as supporters of the program, and will be permitted to set up display tables.
