Legislative Update

The Senate Financial and Governmental Organizations and Elections met this morning and adopted the Senate Committee Substitute for Senate Bill 313 which would restore the ability of APRNs to prescribe Schedule II Hydrocodone with a 120-hour limit and no refills.
