We have been invited to participate in a research study; to be published in The Journal of Management in conjunction with another study, "The Suppression of Negative Emotions in Elder Care".

The focus of the study is on abstract -vs- concrete thinking and how those thought processes affect one's job satisfaction and a healthy work environment.  Please see the attached flyer for more information.
