Rep. Cary Pigman filed HB 27A today which is one of the few bills that will be heard during the Florida Legislative Special Session, scheduled to begin on June 1st and end on June 20th. .

HB 27A allows NPs and PAs to prescribe Controlled Substances and sets out rules/regulations for other Health related issues as well. You can read the original filed version by following the link below.
