Also...give a special reminder to your patients this week about drinking plenty of fluids in this hot weather.  It's easy to get dehydrated--and then they'll be back seeing you for abominal pain...from...you guessed it....constipation!  The body needs fluids from somewhere...so if we don't give it to the body---the body will take it from wherever it can.  

Preventive care is always good care!  Drink drink drink!  And use sun screen.  :)
