As you all know, my commitment as well as our organization's commitment to helping our student UAPRN members have been very important and dear to my heart. Over the past three years as your state president, I have facilitated in serving on 3 of our student UAPRN members' Capstone committee for their DNP, 1 student UAPRN member's dissertation committee, and this will be the third of our student UAPRN members' research for their Master of Science in Nursing.

I would ask each of you to please complete this attached survey and return it to Ms. Dionne Walker, who is completing her M.S.N. degree at Albany State University very soon. Please return the survey to her email address at dionnewalker@bellsouth.net. The directions are clear, concise, and easy to follow on the attachment.

She has met my requirements as well as her institution's IRB approval for distribution of this survey to our members. Please assist her in completing this very brief survey on Celiac disease.
