The NPALI is thrilled to announce that The Nurse Practitioner Association New York State has named our own Jeanne Martin as The Nurse Practitioner of the Year 2015.  The award will be presented to Jeanne at the annual meeting and awards ceremony of The NPA in Niagara Falls, NY on Saturday October 3, 2015.  Jeanne was instrumental in the passage of the Nurse Practitioner Modernization act which removed the requirement for mandatory written collaboration and has served as president of the NPALI and The NPA among numerous other elected and appointed positions.  We hope many of our NPALI members will be able to attend The NPA conference to celebrate with Jeanne when she receives the award.
