Please help us with Arizona APRN Consensus Model legislative efforts! 

Have you or anyone you know recieved notification from an insurance organization/provider panel/facility that, due to the current "collaborative" language in the AZ Nurse Practice Act, you would be denied entry or privileges unless you supplied the name of a physician?

If this has happened to you at any time - and preferably if you can produce the letter or email requesting the name of the collaborating physician - please write to me at silvafamily@yahoo.com.
