There were only 8 of us who came Thursday evening to Buffalo's to celebrate National NP Week, but what we lacked in numbers, we made up for in camaraderie and good conversation about practice issues of concern. Thanks to all who who came - glad we got to know each other a little better! :-)

The subject of opioid prescribing changes for oxycodone and related matters came up, and I mentioned a parody of a Taylor Swift song which highlights the problems with opioid prescribing in the ER.
