1. Pick team name and label it on spread sheet, Add your name under your team

2. Choose 2-4 people to be on your team. You can start any time. Record mins at least weekly 

3. Log your time of exercise in minutes You may skip Calorie mins

4. Have fun this Holiday and Prizes for the most successful teams
