Andrew Chastain, MSPAS, PA-C is a faculty member of the Post-Graduate PA Residency in Neonatology at Riley Children’s Hospital at IU Health.

Mr. Chastain completed his PA education through the Stanford School of Medicine Primary Care Associate Program with Foothill College and holds a Master’s Degree in PA studies from Touro College, School of Health Sciences.

His PA career includes experience in Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Units at Riley Hospital for Children & St. Vincent Women’s Hospital, Indianapolis as well as Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto, CA.

Mr. Chastain currently holds a faculty appointment as an Assistant Professor with Butler University's Physician Assistant Program.  Andrew previously held an appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor with the Stanford University School of Medicine as the Director of Clerkship Education for the Stanford Master of Science in PA Studies Program.

Andrew holds fellow membership in the Indiana Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Association for Respiratory Care, the Physician Assistant Education Association, and the Society for Physician Assistants in Pediatrics. He has been involved in simulation based Neonatal Resuscitation and The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program instruction since 2009.
