It’s Your License: Do You Know How to Influence Legislative Decision-Makers?

PROGRAM GOAL:
To educate the participant in the legal aspects of nursing licensure in New Jersey
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
- Incorporate 3 legal principles into his/her nursing practice
- Participate in at least 1 legislation bill concerning the nursing practice
- By the end of the session, nurses will be able to identify the path of the legislature, nursing statues, rules and regulation to program content
