Online registration: Immediate confirmation of registration and printable receipt of payment will go to participant.

Cancellations: All cancellations require written notification to KAPN at kapn.edu@enpnetwork.com no later than December 31, 2025 for refund to be considered.

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel your KAPN conference registration, please cancel your housing reservation.

Refunds: Refunds on paid registrations will be issued for written cancellation requests received via email or mail no later than December 31, 2025. All refunds will be issued for the paid registration minus a $50 administrative fee.

RETURNED CHECKS: An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all checks return to KAPN for insufficient funds.

NO SHOW: If you do not cancel in writing to KAPN and do not attend, you are responsible for payment.

PRESENTATION HANDOUTS

Presentation hands will be available online to all conference registrants. Prior to attending the sessions, registrants are encouraged to print the materials or store them on an electronic device.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event KAPN should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the KAPN 2026 conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts or other circumstances beyond KAPN’s control, KAPN’s liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees paid to KAPN.
