Topic

Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is a significant health burden, affecting about 25% to 30% of the 28.9 million US adults with chronic rhinosinusitis. These patients face increased risk of comorbidities, frequent need for functional endoscopic sinus surgery, and overreliance on oral corticosteroids. Moreover, many continue to have poor symptom control and impaired quality of life, often reporting poor sleep, depression, and social withdrawal despite standard care. Join our expert faculty as they discuss recommended patient assessment, current evidence on the safety and efficacy of available treatments, strategies for individualized treatment selection, and approaches to overcome barriers to optimal use of biologics.
