Goal Statement
The goal of this program is to improve learners’ knowledge, competence, and performance in guideline-directed diagnosis and patient-centered care that is rooted in an understanding of the complex disease pathophysiology and comprehensive burden of living with refractory chronic cough.

Target Audience
This program is intended for allergists, otolaryngologists, pulmonologists, and nurse practitioners/physician associates practicing in these specialties who care for patients with refractory chronic cough (RCC).

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this event, participants should be able to:

  • Assess the comprehensive burden of living with refractory chronic cough.
  • Develop an evidence-based assessment and diagnosis plan for a patient presenting with persistent cough.
  • Detail the pathophysiologic drivers of refractory chronic cough.
