Director of Pharmacy at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital

Founder, Mystic Valley Sexual Wellness Menopause & Sexual Health Specialist
I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, and an AASECT-Certified Sex Counselor with a passion for helping women navigate the complex, often-overlooked transitions of midlife. For over a decade, I worked in community health as a Primary Care Provider, which gave me a deep appreciation for holistic, person-centered care. Seven years ago, I created a Sexual Wellness specialty within our community health setting — blending sexual medicine, hormone management, and intimacy counseling to address the real, nuanced challenges women face. In 2025, I founded Mystic Valley Sexual Wellness, PC, a private practice designed to do what the traditional healthcare system too often cannot: offer thoughtful, individualized, evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, sexual dysfunction, low libido, and intimacy challenges. My concierge-style model keeps my patient panel intentionally small so I can be accessible, offer longer visits, and deliver collaborative care with pelvic floor physical therapists, personal trainers, and nutritionists. I’m passionate about correcting medical misinformation, teaching healthcare providers about menopause and sexual medicine, and advocating for evidence-based, compassionate care that truly honors a woman’s quality of life. When women feel well, everything changes — and I’m honored to be part of that work.
