Topic
Post-COVID conditions (PCC) refer to a diverse array of symptoms that persist for weeks, months, and even years after acute SARS-CoV-2 infection and significantly impact quality of life. Older adults are particularly vulnerable to PCC, but diagnosis and management is complicated by comorbidities, age-related changes in physical and mental status, and social determinants of health that impede access to care. Don't miss this engaging live webinar led by a panel of experts who will discuss: Evaluation of older adults presenting with PCC symptoms, Latest evidence supporting PCC diagnosis, management, and prevention, Best practices for coordinating care for older adults with PCC, Strategies to address barriers to care among older adults. Attendees will also gain access to the Post-COVID Care Resource Toolkit, featuring research summaries, diagnostic algorithms, referral templates, and guides to support communication with older adult patients. This webinar is delivered in partnership with insight therapeutics and the National Transitions of Care Coalition (NTOCC).
