I am currently a Professor of Medicine at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). I previously served as the Division Chief for the Division of Hospital Medicine at UCSF Health and as an Associated Program Director for the UCSF Internal Medicine Residency. I am currently focused on patient care and clinical teaching. I have an academic interest teaching how to teach - that is, helping residents and faculty be more effective educators. I also am interested in community-acquired pneumonia, keeping updated on the medical literature, and advancing the field of hospital medicine. I havebeen engaged on a national level with hospital medicine and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM).I am currently a Professor of Medicine at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). Trevor Jensen MD

Trevor Jensen is a Professor in the Division of Hospital Medicine at UCSF. Trevor is a graduate of UCSF medical school (2011), where he also pursued a masters degree in Global Health (2009), and completed his internal medicine residency training (2014) and Academic Hospital Medicine Fellowship (2014) Trevor attends on the medicine teaching service, hospitalist procedures service, Goldman Medical Service and the St Mary's medical service. His clinical interests include point-of-care ultrasound, leadership in hospital medicine, and global health.
