Regional Director of Operations - NP

GHR has been engaged to conduct a very critical search for a Regional Director of Operations - NP in the Suburbs of Chicago.

This newly formed company and opportunity to forward thinking and most importantly addressing the needs of the Geriatrics market providing choice and options previously not afforded to them.

Under the direction of the Area VP, you will have the responsibility to handle all the operations in your market. With several managers reporting to you, your P and L responsibility, staffing and retention of participants is a strategic role that will require you have experience with:

• Geriatrics experience a must
• Long Term Care experience a must
• Management Experience a must
• P and L savvy required
• Operations mindset
• Team and customer service oriented
• An ability and interest in travel to your sites, meeting with you staff, and even rolling up your sleeves
