Family Practice Clinic Position

Medical Group has an opening for a Full-time Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Northern Los Angeles County/Antelope Valley .We are seeking providers who practice medicine with excellent patient care and customer service. We focus on making sure our providers have a sufficient amount of time to address the patient’s needs in a friendly environment.

This Medical Group has been providing excellent medical care for 40 years and is very well respected in the community. They offer primary care and an array of specialists, including an Urgent Care Center. We offer candidates an opportunity to grow and make a difference to those we have the privilege to serve.

Position Details

• Collect subjective data (obtain history).

• Collect objective data (perform a physical exam).

• Develop an assessment (diagnosis).

• Develop and implement a management plan.

• Facilitate the referral of patients to the appropriate health facilities, agencies and resources within the community.

• Order pharmacologic interventions.

• Develop and implement an educational plan.

• Plan for appropriate follow-up care.
• Comprehensive training
• 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm
• Nurse, medical assistant and front office staff support team

Requirements

• CA Medical License
• Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
• CA Driver’s license active and in good standing
• SomeSpanish helpful
• Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
