Judith Ruth Medical Center is seeking a passionate and self-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing, culturally grounded practice. This hybrid contract role offers the unique opportunity to operate with autonomy while contributing to a collective mission of equitable, patient-centered care. After a successful 12 month contract period, candidates may transition into a W-2 employment model with health benefits.

 Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and educate patients on chronic disease management and wellness
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in alignment with compliance standards

 Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Licensed NP or PA in Georgia, with experience in in office, telehealth and/or home-bound care
- Strong clinical judgment and cultural humility
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Passionate about community health, empowerment, and innovative care delivery

Patient Care, Patient Assessments, and Managing Treatment Plans skills
Experience in Prescribing Medications, Educating Patients, and Health Management
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Advanced Degree: Master's or Doctorate in Nursing or related field
