Join our 1 physician and 2 Advanced Practice clinicians to form a team of 4 providers in our newest family practice. Enjoy a 4-day work week and state of the art medicine. This position is a 4-day work week, and the new candidate would be joining 1 physician and 2 ARNP’s to form a team of 4 providers. This position is being filled to replace a long-term PA who is retiring after 27 years with Confluence. We are requiring all candidates have good longitudinal care experience (minimum of 5 years). While this position is titled “Family Medicine,” there are a lot of higher acuity, geriatric patients. The provider will be required to take “phone” call approximately every 7 weeks, but it is a light call burden with nurse triage first.

This position is about 20 miles from Moses Lake with a population just over 8,000 people. Ephrata is the county seat for Grant County, Washington so there are good jobs, good schools, and a nice community. Ephrata is nestled into the foothills and there is a lot of mountain biking in the area, and it is close to water and camping recreation. Centrally located in Grant County, Seattle is only a 3-hour scenic drive and Spokane is just 2 hours.
