ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for our growing Walk-In Clinic team. This position allows for an opportunity to step into a traditional urgent care practice with a collaborative and quality driven team. This opportunity will be located in the Appleton Encircle Health or Neenah locations.

Position Details:

• Full Time 1.0 FTE OR .1 FTE (PRN)

• No On-Call!

• 12-hour shifts

• 1:3 Weekend Coverage (2 holidays per year)

• Clinic Hours: 7a-7p Monday-Friday; 8a-5p Weekends and Holidays

• Schedule is published about 8 weeks in advance, sometimes as much as 12 weeks. Weekends and holidays are known at the start of the year.

• Seeing all patients (12 months and older)

• Clinic is averaging 60+ patients per day (averaging 30-35 in a 12 hour shift depending on patient presenting)

• Physician will partner with dedicated, supportive, and innovative support staff (MA, RN)

• Team includes 2 physicians and 10 APCs

Experienced NP/PA preferred
