A private practice in southeastern Washington is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for a fulltime primary care practice that includes Emergency Department coverage.  Candidate with experience in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine is preferred.  This physician owned group has four physicians and one advanced practice provider with nearby clinics and is proud to serve Colfax and all the surrounding communities with a wide range of services.  They have the capability and equipment to perform sonography and ultrasonic testing , including obstetrical ultrasounds.

APP providers currently practice three days of outpatient clinic per week plus one 24hr Emergency ER shift per week (weekends off, no call) at local critical access hospital. Coverage will include the outpatient clinic in Colfax and may include occasional work at outlying primary care clinics.  The Emergency Department can experience very busy shifts with acute cases and trauma.  A physician will always be available for backup. 

Position Details:

• Full time
• $150k base, which can go as high as $180k with production incentives and bonuses

• 8 am to 5 pm with 3 days in clinic and one 24 hour day of call during week for Emergency Department
• Emergency Department responsibility may include running codes and performing procedures; coverage will include physician backup

Qualifications

• WA Nurse Practitioner or PA license in Washington State
• Board-eligible/board-certified
• DEA license
• ALS, ATLS, PALS, ACLS and BLS required
