A critical access hospital has a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Family Practice Advanced Practice Provider. The clinic is in Minnesota, with easy access to Sioux Falls and Minneapolis. The facility offers relocation assistance. The ideal candidate will have ties to the area. Provider benefits include 401k, medical/dental/vison, CME allowance and more.
