Summary

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Two Rivers Family Practice. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional healthcare services, focusing on patient assessment and treatment across all age groups. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and manage treatment for various health conditions.
• Provide triage services and prioritize patient needs effectively.
• Administer care for infectious diseases and other acute or chronic health issues.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Utilize Cerner for documentation and management of patient records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). PREFERRED : INDEPENDENT PRACTICE CERTIFICATION.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and standards of care in family medicine.
• Experience in triage, diagnostic evaluation, and infectious disease management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
