Position Description
A great group 15 minutes east of South Bend, Indiana is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience in geriatric and long-term care to join their team!
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in long-term care
- Monday - Friday, with some night and weekend call
- Evaluate and treat patients during acute illness, make nursing home visits, discharge planning
- Active IN license, DEA, CSR, BLS
