A growing group in the Allentown, PA area has an opening for an NP to join their house call program.

• Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner 
• Full-time Permanent position.
• 40 hours a week Monday- Friday
• 6-7 home visits per day in a defined territory
• Support - Will have Scribe, MA, Nurse, social worker, and other resources 
• Seeking candidates with Home Health experience as an RN or NP
• Prefers Medicare enrolled candidates
• Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required.
