Salary: Hourly rate of $68-$80 (based on experience)

Job Summary

An established nephrology practice in Brooklyn is seeking a part-time (or full-time) Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, driven, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to their diverse patient population. You will work under physician supervision, performing physical examinations, interpreting lab tests, and managing patient health. This role requires strong clinical skills, patient education abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibilities: Assist physicians in diagnosing medical conditions, developing care plans, and prescribing treatments Provide patient education on diseases and treatment options Assist with outpatient dialysis rounding Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures Prescribe appropriate medications Maintain and update accurate patient records, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment, and prevention Monitor and oversee patients’ overall health

Qualifications: Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required Completion of an accredited PA/NP program Current certification as a PA or NP Valid New York State medical license Strong medical knowledge and clinical skills Familiarity with health and patient care regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Willingness to continue learning and gaining clinical experience

Schedule: Part-time: 2–3 days per week (must include at least one day from Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, and one day from Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday) Full-time positions also available 8-hour shifts
