A top hospital in Edison, NJ is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Inpatient Internal Medicine/Observation Unit for overnight shifts.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Nights
• Schedule: 3 nights/week
• Hours: 7pm to 7am
• Weekends/Holidays: Rotating
• On-Call: None
• Setting: Inpatient Observation Unit
• Patient Volume: 18 admissions/night

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plans
• Order/interpret diagnostics
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Educate patients and support discharge planning
• Mentor nursing staff and maintain compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Active NJ Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• DEA registration
• CDS registration
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Desired Skills:

• 1+ year of Acute Care experience
