Responsibilities:

The Primary Care NP will be responsible for providing provide medical services for patients in primary care as well as in medical and surgical specialty areas.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in an outpatient or physician practice setting
• NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
