Role Overview

• Location: Gallup, New Mexico
• Flexible full-time 3.5-5 day/week schedule 
• Post-acute care inpatient setting 
• On-call during the day Monday through Friday

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized care plans
• Integrate and work closely with the IDT 
• Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physician 

What we are looking for

• New or experienced clinicians
• FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
• Active New Mexico NP/PA license
• Active DEA preferred but not required

Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits. In addition, this position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and after 2 years of employment a $10,000 retention bonus will be dispersed.
